CASA QUETZAL
Welcome to CASA QUETZAL !
In the design of this model, we replicate the two-pavilion layout used in another of our versions, this time on a larger scale and with a different material approach.
A front pavilion is introduced, which could represent the first phase of construction, designed as a suite. Over time, this space can serve as the social area, allowing for the addition of a second pavilion at the rear, which would be dedicated to more private spaces.
Between both pavilions, the central patio emerges once again, featuring a pool that symbolizes the heart of the home.
In terms of materials, this model explores the use of stone walls and palm roofs, highlighting the artisanal value of traditional local construction—offering a retreat for those who wish to escape the technological world of large cities.
The spatial configuration, as in all our designs, remains flexible, allowing for a variety of uses and occupancy arrangements.
