The proposal consists of creating a compact living space for those who wish to minimize their residence’s footprint while maximizing the surrounding natural outdoor space.

The roof design is inspired by traditional Mayan homes, providing a sense of spaciousness to the interior. This space extends outward through a pergola-covered terrace, offering a seamless connection to the lush jungle garden.

As in all our designs, the interior space is divided using flexible elements, allowing for easy reconfiguration to adapt to different needs.

If additional spaces are required, they can be built separately in the rear section of the property, maintaining the compact nature of the main structure.

The elongated layout of the project facilitates cross ventilation, helping to reduce heat and humidity, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing living environment.
